With our search engine, you can filter candidates by education, experience, expertise, geography, etc. All profiles are anonymised until the candidate accepts contact.
When you find a suitable profile, you send an enquiry. The candidate chooses whether he/she wants to accept. Only then will the candidate's full profile open with CV and contact information, available for up to 6 months.
If your enquiry is accepted, a chat function will open in the platform. Here you can share details, arrange an interview and follow the process until possible employment.
Candidates' identities are always protected until they actively consent to a dialogue. As an employer, you commit to respecting this arrangement by not trying to find the candidate through other platforms until the candidate has approved the request - it provides security for the candidate and higher quality in the dialogues you receive.
